Great Food and Cleanliness Had a decent stay here for my safari trip. the food was great and they had a good variety of options to choose from. the cleanliness was also impeccable. the location was also convenient as it was close to the national park.

Poor Room Facilities and Unfriendly Staff the room facilities were a letdown as they were very basic and not well-maintained. the staff were not very friendly and seemed to lack enthusiasm.

Guests can enjoy leisurely walks in the nearby safari or unwind in the beautiful garden in the afternoon. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with good shower pressure and a safe for valuables. the restaurant offers a varied selection of delicious food, and the free Wi-Fi is an added convenience. Tea time outside the lobby is a nice touch, and the close proximity to the safari park is a bonus.

The hot water availability can be inconsistent at times.

The location of the hotel is perfect, allowing you to experience the best of both worlds: the jungle and the nearby village. The villas themselves are amazing, with spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms, complete with open-air shower areas. The hotel also offers a large pool, perfect for a relaxing swim.

Aspects: The hotel could improve its communication and management. The check-in process was slow and the staff seemed unorganized at times.
